Best practices for printed QR codes
- Recommended logo size: 15–20%. Larger logos can break scans in print.
- Square crops scan best. Wide/tall logos above 20% will be refused.
- Use a dark color on a light background — strong contrast is what makes a QR scan reliably when printed. Aim for the contrast meter to read “good”.
- Avoid thin/intricate marks — they disappear when scaled.
